General Office Information

Building Entrances

Entrance A is the main entrance and has a public access elevator to the second floor. Entrance A is the only access point to enter New Hampshire Orthopaedic Surgery.

Practice Hours

Our office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Each of our physicians has varying office hours and your particular physician's schedule can be obtained through the front desk.

Appointments

We see patients on an appointment basis. We request that you call in advance so that we may reserve an appointment time for you.

Telephone Calls

Patients are encouraged to call with problems and questions they may have. It is most helpful if routine calls are made during regular office hours. It would be unfair to our patients in the office to ask the doctor to answer every phone call, so your call will be relayed to the doctor and will be returned or otherwise answered at the earliest opportunity. We have chosen to install a voice mail system so that you will not reach a busy signal. Messages are checked continuously throughout the day.
